OFFICE MANAGER
Full Time Position in Tahoe City, CA ª Competitive Pay ª Excellent Benefits:

Hourly Wage: $22.00 - $25.00 - Depending on Experience
Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each day)
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Office Manager responsible for supervising 4-6 Customer Service Representatives for a company providing essential services under public contracts.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Schedule and assign work tasks, balancing team efficiency and customer service.
Oversee staff using industry-standard customer relationship management software.
Participate in all staffing decisions, including interviewing, hiring and training.
Prepare/present employee performance evaluations, provide direct feedback as necessary.
Position requires answering phones to cover daily break periods and on an as-needed basis during peak call volumes.
Prepare customer delinquency reports and manage third-party collections activities.
Oversee processing of daily payments and daily revenue reconciliation.
Manage system-generated monthly and quarterly customer billings process.
Reconcile complex customer accounts involving multiple customer sites, requiring payments applied by invoice.
Resolve customer issues, based on a developed understanding of approved rates and public contract terms.
Administer point of contact communication to various customers/jurisdictional associates.
Deploy specialty project style work orders; create quotes, WOs and invoices.
Settle credit card/ACH failures, complete necessary follow-up to maintain account integrity.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Basic understanding of accounting principles related to Revenue and Accounts Receivable.
Required minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervising CSR and clerical office staff in a computer-based office environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Excel, Word).
Prior experience/familiarity with CRM software; will train for the industry-standard software used in-house.
Prior experience reconciling customer AR accounts, managing collections activities, preparing customer billing statements and reconciling company Revenue.
Position requires strong communications skills, in a fast-paced team environment.
