Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Reno, NV
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21-$22/hr
Position Overview: The Receptionist is the welcoming face of our office, serving as a brand ambassador and providing exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and internal staff. The ideal candidate brings professional enthusiasm, a strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a professional and friendly first point-of-contact for all visitors and callers.
Manage the reception desk: opening and closing duties, greeting guests, answering and routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
Maintain professionalism in appearance, demeanor, and communications at all times.
Coordinate and schedule conference room bookings and visiting office reservations.
Regularly confirm and follow up on scheduled reservations.
Ensure all reception area equipment, including copiers, mail machines, and fax machines, are operational, clean, and stocked with supplies.
Identify supply needs proactively and coordinate timely reordering.
Assist in processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
Manage keycard activation/deactivation, ensuring timely updates for new and terminated employees.
Maintain visitor security lists, fitness center access, and parking garage coordination.
Input and track required expenses through Chrome River software.
Prepare and submit weekly status reports for conference room utilization.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
Support additional reception tasks and special projects as assigned.
