Community Manager Needed for a 50 unit apartment complex.
Ideal candidate will have prior property management experience with a strong emphasis on organizational skills and communication.

Job Responsibilities:
Must be technologically savvy and have a working knowledge how to use a computer, scanner and printer.
Marketing vacancies through online advertising, flyers, tenant referrals and community relations.
Obtaining rental applications and verifying information, which will consist of but may not be limited to;
- Running background checks
- Verifying tenancy
- Verifying employment
Achieve timely rent collections and handle all income related issues.
Keep monthly expenditures within the limits of the approved budget.
Take the necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property and its assets are in good condition at all times.
Coordinate and follow up with the tenants regarding all maintenance issues to ensure they have been completed to satisfaction.
Promote positive public relations with prospects, residents, vendors and clients.
Enforce community rules.
Attend court hearing as necessary.
Requirements for this position:
Minimum 2 years experience in property management industry.
Excellent property management skills including leasing, marketing, resident relations/control and customer service.
Good computers skills (property management software Yardi (Preferred), Excel, Word, On-Site.
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
