We are seeking a reliable property manager to manage our two-bedroom condo in Gardnerville. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management (or similar administrative work), good communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to the owner and tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Advertising and marketing the property to attract tenants
- Screening and selecting qualified tenants
- Executing lease agreements
- Collecting rent, deposits and other payments
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Managing tenant requests and complaints
- Conduct inspections of the property
- Maintaining records of payments, repairs, and other information related to the property
- Handle tenant move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with the property owner about the property's performance and any issues that arise
- Pay bills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management (or similar administrative work)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with technology
