The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting with shipping and fulfillment, inventory organization, and quality control. The ideal candidate must be a highly organized and efficient individual with a background in order fulfillment or general warehouse procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist with shipping and fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Coordinate with warehouse manager to optimize shipping operations.
Helps support other departments and staff by performing other tasks as apparent or as delegated by Owners.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
Assist with inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet company standards.
Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues.
Acts with integrity and honesty while actively promoting the culture and values of the company.
Provides our customers with the highest standard of excellence in a buying experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements, Education, Preferred Skills and Experience Qualifications:
Must be 21+
1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment, preferably in the glass art or cannabis industry
Shipping and Fulfillment experience.
Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information including financial summaries and internal materials.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
