Martis Camp is a private community and club in beautiful Truckee, California.
The Security team staffs the Gatehouse 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Aside from the Gatehouse, we actively patrol the community to ensure the safety and security of the residents and visitors of Martis Camp. Weprovide services to the members that include: package delivery, home inspections, key management, and alarm monitoring.
The primary focus of this position is outstanding customer service in protecting the integrity of access, privacy and exclusivity of Martis Camp. The position offered is primarily a customer service position hired to assist in servicing the needs of the membership and community.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Property access controls using windows telephone, desktop computer and apple tablets (Community Management System Software, Outlook Email, Alarm monitoring, etc.)
-Vehicle and occupant access verification to ensure 100% accountability of who accesses the property.
-Community patrols on 23 miles of property using patrol vehicles.
-Computer or tablet input of reports and log entries of activity, incident and rule violations.
-Assist in requests made by members, guests, and other staff members.
-Perform weekly inspections on high end luxury homes as well as respond to alarms received from homes.
-Perform Security for private concerts and special events
-Other duties as assigned by the Director or Assistant Director of Safety and Security or management staff
Requirements:
-This position requires a full time commitment.
-Ability to lift at least 50 pounds to assist with mail and other member services
-Stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time, sit for up to two hours at a time
-Ability to twist, kneel, and bend repeatedly while moving inventory or assisting members
-A clean DMV record must be provided upon offer of job
-No Visible Tattoos while wearing a long sleeve shirt
-A pre-employment drug screen, which includes marijuana
-Must be at least 21 years' old for vehicle insurance purposes
-A post-offer pre-employment background check is completed on each Security team member
-The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service while spreading goodwill and hospitality with members, guests, and other Ambassadors.
