We accomplish this through innovation, constant process improvement, and through an uncompromising commitment to hiring, retaining and rewarding the best talent availableLocations: Downtown Reno & SparksNote: Shifts available: Monday & Tuesday, 0600-1630, Saturday & Sunday, 0600-1430.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Must have excellent customer service skills!Patrol assigned post on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activityInvestigate and report maintenance and safety conditions which might endanger client, its associates or public safety, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, or other facility related events; provide back up to client personnel as neededEnsure that daily administrative documentation is kept concise and complete at all times; maintain all daily assigned equipment in functional and presentable conditionRespond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required; submit reports to superior officerInvestigate security related accidents/incidents, interview witnesses, complaints, and victims; responsible for gathering physical evidence and preserving it for future use; complete report and follow up with management as neededResponsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper company issued identificationEnsure that the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environmentResponsibilities include crowd control and assisting Police Department/Fire Department/EMS or other officials during these processes; maintain control at traffic accidents, assist victims, and investigate causesAdditional Job FunctionsPerform other related duties as requiredMinimum Qualification Requirements:NEVADA PILB GUARD CARD REQUIRED.Security experience preferred but we encourage prior military and POST grads to apply.Clean driving record with no major violationsProfessionalism in appearance, work ethic, and positive attitude are essentialA very detailed-oriented, thorough and well-organized personPatience, persistence, and excellent communication skillsThe capability to handle multiple tasks at onceReliability and dependability in terms of job attendance and performanceThe ability to take direction and independently implement that directionWhat We Can Offer:Competitive salary: $18.50/hrPaid Time OffA dynamic and challenging work environmentAPPLY HERE!Security Industry Specialists, Inc.Private Investigator Business #1705Private Patrolman Business #1705a
