We are looking for an inside sales and customer service person to join our team. Student or retired looking for full or part time? Take A look! Everyone could use addition income with A base pay and commissions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers of outdoor power equipment.
*Follow the sale through the presentation process, invoicing, and finalization of the selling process.
*Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
*Set up, service, and prepare equipment for delivery to the customer.
*Look up and research parts, accessories, and components of all the products we represent.
*Create sales material and quotes to present to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
*Familiarity with the power equipment industry.
*Ability to build rapport with clients.
*Strong negotiation skills.
*Deadline and detail oriented with the ability to multi task and operate in a fast pace environment with a high energy level.
Base pay plus commission. Full or part time. Looking for A high energy personality. Retired and looking for extra income? Student and want A flexible schedule? Small family owned business.
