ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Inventory Specialist is responsible for:
Receiving orders physically and ensuring all proper documentation is present
Maintaining all paper and digital inventory files including lab results
Receiving orders digitally across POS and state compliance software systems
Processing orders (weighing, bagging, and/or applying stickers)
Communicating processing needs with management
Assist in the auditing of Inventory and investigations
Conducting daily cash reconciliation and reporting
Conducting Weekly Physical Inventory Audits
Communicating needs of operation with management
Key Holder
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the field of inventory management
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Well versed in POS software
High School Diploma
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The individual is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
The individual frequently is required to walk, sit, and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch
The individual must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to stand and walk for up to four hours at a time
Ability to bend, kneel, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.
