We are seeking a highly motivated, strong work ethic and energetic sales professional (Listing Sales Agent) to join our outside sales team working in the Do It Yourself (DIY), Expired & For Sale by Owner (FSBO) Home Seller segment of the market. Over 500 home sellers in the Reno/Sparks area have elected to go it alone. We call them “Commission Conscience Consumers”. These home seller leads have phone number, name & address of property owner and details about the property. EXCELLECT INCOME POTENTIAL!

Active Nevada Real Estate License Required.
Responsibilities:
Consult with clients in order to discover their desires to sell their properties
Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline.
“Always be Consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents.
Lead follow-up and conversion with seller prospects.
Qualifications:
Current State of Nevada Real Estate License or working toward that goal.
Familiarity with the Northern Nevada real estate market.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people.
Strong sales skills, self-motivated, ambitious, and a strong desire to succeed.
Computer & software literate
Smart phone/tablet knowledge
Compensation: Based totally on your production. Potential six (6) figure income.
