Job Description:

As a Medical Gas Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling medical gases, equipment, and related products to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices. Your primary objective will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to drive sales and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation: Identify potential customers and new business opportunities within the medical sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Proactively seek out new leads and follow up on sales inquiries.

2. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of medical gases, equipment, and related products. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and advancements in medical gas technology. Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of various medical gas products.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct regular sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to healthcare professionals. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate the sales process. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Utilize market insights to develop effective sales strategies and differentiate the company's products from competitors.

6. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts using CRM software. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

7. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to the sale and distribution of medical gases. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of success in medical sales or a related field, preferably with experience in selling medical gases or healthcare products.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare industry regulations, and compliance standards.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within a designated territory.
