Family-owned and operated for 25 years, Tahoe Luxury Properties specializes in luxury vacation rentals and real estate sales. We are currently hiring a sales specialist on our vacation rentals team.
Our Luxury Property Specialists work in our Tahoe City office, 9am-5pm.
Duties include:
- Respond to vacation rental inquiries via phone, email, live chats and partner platforms
- Answer office phone calls and direct to appropriate team members
- Be familiar with all our luxury properties and able to discuss the homes in detail
- Help guests select the perfect home for their group, creating personal connections and nurturing relationships
- Administrative skills, entering trip details in our property management software program
- Communicate with homeowners regarding bookings
- Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, maintain the highest level of professionalism, thrive in a team environment, and have the ability to learn new software programs.
