Small shop seeking an experienced MIG/TIG welder for light weight aluminum frames. We weld small frames out of 1"x1"x.06 wall square tube. The frames are all within a 4'x5' foot print.
Could start immediately. Shop is in Panther Valley.
- Be able to read plans
- Lay down good aluminum welds
- Follow directions and fill out production sheets as specified
- Have a positive cooperative capacity
- Growth mindset, always thinking about ways to improve.
We have all the materials and equipment.
Part time or full time.
$25-35/hr depending on skill, work ethic, ability to work with management to improve speed and quality.
Start off as 1099 contractor, if your work well with a team, follow directions, and produce good quality work, you can move to full time with full health benefits after 90 days.
