Silver State Tree Co. is a full-service arboriculture company that specializes in residential and commercial tree care. Silver State Tree Co. is looking to interview qualified applicants to fill an Arborists position.
Job Description: This position will require the arborist to communicate efficiently with clients and occasionally oversee junior crew members while maintaining a safe efficient work environment.
The position also requires knowledge in rigging techniques, knots, proper pruning practices, tree health, and tree identification.
Applicant Skills in order: Ability to learn new skills quickly, disciplined work ethic, motivation to advance skills, Tree service or vegetation management knowledge.
Applicant Characteristics: hard working, ability to lead a team, aptitude to learn new skills and retain new knowledge, motivation to advance skill set.
Workload and Pay Structure: This position is full time estimated workload of 40 hours per week. The position pays an entry level wage of $20.00 to $25.00 an hour depending on experience.
