Position open for a full time, 40 hrs wk, carpenter/apprentice/handyman type to assist the maintenance team at a large apartment complex. Must have experience, valid driver license, vehicle, physically able to lift, use power tools, climb a ladder, do the tasks required in maintenance work, get along well with other workers and have the basic personal tools. Benefit plan available after the probation period. Wage will depend on knowledge and experience.
