$60-$75 per hour plus benefits depending on experience. Salaried position available if preferred.
Expected Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and manage field crews and subcontractors on projects
Work with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Develop strong production plans, ensuring project progresses as efficiently as possible
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subs, vendors, agencies & inspectors
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications
Lead project safety meetings, ensuring crews adhere to all safety protocols
Ensure all work is performed safely, following industry and regulatory standards
Communicate with project managers, clients, subs and inspectors to keep everyone informed of progress and any issues that arise
Resolve on-site challenges, adapting to changes and finding solutions
Cultivate positive team collaboration and communication, promoting a culture of achievement
Ensure the quality of workmanship our Company requires
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Foreman or Superintendent on construction projects, preferred experience in heavy civil, grading or underground
Strong skills in planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Solid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety procedures
Strong leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong drive to produce quality work
The Ability to enjoy the challenges of our industry and the relationships you develop along the way
Experience must be verifiable.
Safety certifications a plus.
