LEAD MECHANIC=$28-$40 DOE
- Diagnose mechanical issues and develop effective solutions.
-Strong electrical abilities.
-Diesel and air brakes.
-JPRO proficient gets you more money.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper working order.
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanic.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and equipment.
- Proficient in diagnostic tools and equipment, JPRO knowledge a big plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license, this is a must have. CDL a plus.
LUBE TECH= $18-$25 DOE
Perform maintenance requirement.
Oil change.
Lube chasse.
Brake jobs.
Assist lead mechanics with tasks.
Vehicle inspections.
Ability to perform proper paperwork.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LUBE TECH/MECHANIC.
MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE, THE ABILITY TO SHOW UP TO WORK ON TIME.
