SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE
✅ 5+ years of professional experience in diagnostics and repairs
✅ Comfortable working on domestic, Asian, and light-duty diesel vehicles
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills and a solutions-first mindset
✅ Clean, efficient, and detail-oriented—without needing to be micromanaged
✅ A team player who pulls their weight and helps others succeed
✅ Bonus if you’re excited about diesel and light-duty trucks
✅ Not a wrench thrower, drama queen, or have a “Dion Sanders” attitude—just a solid, respectful tech who takes pride in their craft
