Buffo’s Refrigeration is an established Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC company based in Gardnerville.
The Technician role is responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of refrigeration equipment including, condensers, evaporators and electric motors. Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. We service restaurant equipment, clean and repair ice machines and bins, as well as perform refrigeration installations . As a valued employee, there is the opportunity to receive Profit Sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration system malfunctions
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration equipment
Install new refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Refrigeration Technician
Knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive starting salary of $80-100,000 per year - DOE
