A strong mechanical background with ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment in the field
They must also be able to provide preventative maintenance
Must be able to install new equipment and remove old equipment
Maintain their service truck and keep track of inventory levels
Previous experience in the following is strongly preferred: hydraulics and electrical
The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment.

Must be able to manage time and work independently
Excellent communication skills with team members and customers
The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and must possess a valid state driver's license.
Primary equipment serviced is dozers, haul trucks, mixer trucks, graders, water trucks, compactors, loaders, excavators and similar construction equipment
On-call will be discussed in interview
