We are a licensed pre-fabricated steel structure contractor specializing in building agricultural facilities such as greenhouses and hoop houses. We are currently seeking applicants for entry level positions with a fast-growing local construction company. We currently have a schedule of 3-4 eight to ten hour shifts available a week for qualified applicants, with as many as 5 ten hour shifts available during the summer months. We are building out new teams as we expand our operations locally. We are currently involved in constructing several agricultural facilities that will ultimately serve students and tribal organizations in the area through ag education. We are a triple-bottom line business seeking to foster growth based on financial, environmental, and social sustainability. Qualifications-
2 Years construction/ trade experience preferred.
High School Educational Equivalent
Metal fabrication/ shop experience preferred.
Heavy equipment operation experience a plus.
Excellent time management skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
Experience using hand operated power tools.
Able to be standing/ walking for extended periods.
Able to lift 50lbs over head.
OSHA safety training preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18-22 DOE
Schedule:
10 hour shift
8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay: time and a half over 40 per week
Bonus pay

We work outdoors, and as such do not currently have masking requirements.
