Hello, we are hiring experienced apartment maintenance technicians
Requirements include
- 10+ years of apartment/maintenance experience minimum
- HVAC and Plumbing Skills - very experienced, wall heater repair, thermostat installation, baseboard heater repair. Leak detection and appliance leak repair, toilet, shower, and faucet repair.
- Carpentry Experience
- Great communication skills, reliability, and punctuality
- LVP Installation and Painting Experience, Drywall patching experience.
- Electrical repair experience
- Leak detection and repair
- Ability to install washer/dryer hookups
- Appliance Repair
- Bilingual a plus
