Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete customer warranty requests promptly.
Handle customer care inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Evaluate warranty claims and determine appropriate action.
Schedule trades to complete repair work.
Expedite repairs to ensure homeowner satisfaction.
Inspect and assess repair requests within specified timeframes.
Monitor the completion of quality home repairs.
Maintain community standards and uphold company reputation.
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the homebuilding industry.
Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and understand technical aspects of residential construction.
Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
