Maxwell Mechanical LLC is a rapidly growing enterprise in Reno, Nevada with multiple, long term, Design Build contracts currently underway. We specialize in the design and installation of commercial and Industrial HVAC Projects. This position will be responsible for the demolition, installation and occasional fabrication of sheetmetal and HVAC related tasks. Working alongside and managing the filed staff crew on the job site. Taking direction from management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- 10 years experience as journeymen, foreman or similar position with sheet metal installation
- Experience in managing sheet metal field crew, communicating with leadership and customers
- Pride in craftsmanship - quality is the only product we will produce.
- Ability to coordinate shop fabrication via cutsheets
- Ability to work full time, overtime & travel if necessary
- Must possess most small tools of the trade
- Must pass pre-employee drug screen
- OHSA 10 card required, OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean DMV record
