We’re hiring a HVAC Technician / Data Center Operations Technician in Reno. This is a hands-on role supporting critical power, cooling, and facility systems in a 24/7 environment.
What you’ll do:
- Support and maintain data center systems (power, cooling, safety).
- Respond to alarms, perform inspections, complete work orders.
- Work any shift (including nights/weekends, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am).
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of commercial electrical/mechanical systems (generators, cooling units, UPS, etc.).
- High school diploma (trade/technical school preferred).
- 1–2 years technical/trade experience.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work safely near live systems.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug & alcohol screening before starting.
