Hello!
We’re a small, family-owned company looking for a reliable and experienced Machine Operator / Foreman to join our team. This role primarily involves operating a skid steer and excavator, with additional responsibilities both in and out of the machine.
Requirements:
Proficient in operating skid steers and excavators
Experience with concrete work, pavers, and underground utilities
Ability to run a small crew and manage day-to-day job site tasks
Comfortable working both inside and outside of machines as needed
Able to sit for long periods and perform precise machine work
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
Pay & Details:
Compensation: DOE (Depending on Experience), to be discussed
Schedule: Full-time
Location: Local job sites
First week: Paid working interview to ensure it's a good fit for both sides
