Looking for a Journeyman Electrician for Commercial & Industrial work.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY, HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, AND GREAT WORK ETHIC.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
o Knowledge of electrical systems including planning additions or modifications on secondary circuits
o Ability to work with electricity up to 600 volts.
o Must pass pre-employment drug test.
o Required to lift up to 75 lbs. alone and move up to 1000 + lbs. with help.
o Ability to use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment to repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment and appliances.
o Ability to communicate with general contractors/customers about progress of the job
o Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
o Must have a valid NV Driver's License (must be insurable through insurer).
o Should have or can get a current valid Journeyman's Electrical license if required by city or state
o Must have a current OSHA-10 or greater certificate
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Coursework in the Electrical Trades/Trade School is highly desirable
Minimum: 4 years experience in similar positions
