As a Journeyman Plumber, you will lead with excellence in diverse construction projects, including distribution warehouses, office buildings, industrial manufacturing and commercial buildings. Your role is crucial in executing high-quality installations and mentoring apprentices, demonstrating pride in workmanship. QUALIFICATIONS
Current Drivers License.
Proven working experience in practical installations.
Leadership and personnel management skills.
Self-motivated with excellent time, scope, and task management skills.
Minimum of 4 years of Mechanical Piping & Plumbing.
Required Trade license(s).
Skillful in clear and effective communication between vendors, sub-trades, in-house management and field crafts.
Sound understanding of industry relative to mechanical install.
Ability to work as a team and successfully collaborate to complete a given task promptly.
Safety minded individual.
Ability to read project plans and diagrams and follow building code along with project specs
Experience with: Roof drain, sanitary, vent, domestic water, natural gas, compressed air systems and plumbing fixtures and plumbing equipment.
