Landscape Maintenance Crew - Two Positions.
-Foreman - Must have experience and skill with landscape equipment. Blower, mower, string trimmer, hedger, saws, irrigation etc. Must have license and skill to drive a truck and trailer, is trustworthy and ready to be responsible for good work and tracking time and materials on the job. Would like a bilingual foreman to speak with clients and crew. Paid additionally for English/Spanish. Pay starts at $28/hr and increases with demonstration of skill and responsibility.
-Landscape Technician - Laborer Experience in landscape is important but hard work and learning new skills is critical. This position helps with all aspects of landscape work and will learn about equipment use and maintenance, trucks and trailers and professional landscaping.
Pay starts at $25/hr and increases with skill and experience.
Construction Crew - Two Positions
Must have 3 years of experience with landscape installation and be familiar with equipment to install patio, walls, stonework, irrigation and plumbing. We work with excavators and a bobcat to move dirt and boulders and install everything from hardscape to trees and plants. Skill with driving a truck and trailer is needed for hauling and delivery of materials. Skill to operate heavy equipment is extra. This is a full service landscape business that needs good workers. Bilingual is a plus but not necessary. Pay rate depends on experience and professional skill. There is room to grow here for the right person. Pay starts at $25/hr and increases with skill and experience.
All Jobs - Must be able to work outside for 8 hours a day minimum in all weather conditions, lifting and carrying heavy weight on uneven ground, take responsibility and work with a team. Safety is very important and all team members are required to learn and be responsible for finishing the projects. Our crews work like a family to get the work done. No joke, the boss works with you. Pay is weekly. 4 Days paid for holiday or Sick day per year. Pay rate is dependent on experience and attitude to work.
