Are you a skilled glazier who thrives working independently and takes pride in precision? We're hiring a Lead Glazier to join our team — someone who can handle the job start to finish, from accurate measuring to expert installation.
What You'll Do:
Perform field measurements for frameless glass showers, window and door rough openings, and aluminum storefront systems
Install a wide range of glass systems: showers, mirrors, windows, doors, storefronts, and curtain walls
Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and work orders
Measure, cut, and install glass with accuracy and efficiency
Troubleshoot challenges independently and complete projects to a high standard
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What You Bring:
5+ years of glazing experience, including both measuring and installing
Deep knowledge of commercial and residential glass systems
Ability to work independently and take full ownership of projects
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Familiarity with industry tools, materials, and safety standards
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
