Tahoe Solar Inc. is seeking to fill a lead solar installer position. The ideal candidate will be proficient and certified in both Solar Edge and Enphase systems, able to effectively manage a small crew of one to two people, able to create electrical material takeoffs, comfortable working on roofs, occasionally working in crawlspaces and attics, and working in the elements. The ability to drive a manual transmission and tow a trailer is a must.
Work involves installing and maintaining:
-Solar panel systems on flat and sloped roofs
-Main service panel tie-ins
-EV chargers
-Home batteries
-Electrical conduit
-Inverters, transfer switches, and other hardware

This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Pay for this position ranges depending on skill level and certifications from $35-60 per hour. Time off is negotiable in advance. We promote healthy work/life balance.
