Large apartment complex in south Reno is currently hiring for Maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
Works with the office team and Maintenance Supervisor
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields preferred but not necessary
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
5 day work week. Must be available for rotating on-call emergency maintenance.
