Duties Include:
-Inspect and maintain residential properties, promptly addressing issues and communicating needs with Owner Services team.
-Perform preventive maintenance on association equipment and common areas, making sure everything stays up to standard.
-Work on homeowner association projects from start to finish, keeping everyone informed along the way.
-Regularly meet with department managers to discuss goals and track time using UKG time clock.
-Stay in touch with teams and stakeholders through email, Teams, and friendly conversations.
Location: The Village at Northstar and Mountainside
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full-time and Part-time roles available
Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE
Successful candidates have/are:
Self-driven and independent worker
Valid driver's license required
Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed
We will train the right candidates! Experience in home maintenance, electrical, appliance, HVAC troubleshooting and repair is desired but not required!
