Responsibilities:
Arrive for work on time and prepared, work as scheduled, and communicate any absence or delay as soon as possible.
Prepare for jobs by gathering the required equipment and supplies and loading or unloading the vehicles as needed.
Travel to job sites in a company-provided vehicle.
Must have the drive to provide an excellent cleaning service to every client – in both residential and commercial buildings – while cleaning carpet, tile, grout, vinyl, wood, upholstery, and more.
Follow the directions of the supervisors and managers to complete each job in accordance with Affinity Cleans’ processes and systems, utilizing Affinity Cleans’ equipment and products in a timely manner.
Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for cleaning products and equipment.
Be accessible by phone and email for shift information and change notifications.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, warehouse, vehicles, and self.
Perform duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Experience cleaning flooring types such as carpet, tile and grout, vinyl, wood, and concrete is preferred.
Experience cleaning upholstery and area rugs is preferred.
Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
Must have reliable transportation to and from the office, both prior to and after shift.
Basic computer/mobile device skills in order to access timecards, training, and employment information.
Valid driver’s license is required, along with a clean driving record.
Work primarily during daytime hours – Monday through Saturday. Weekends and nights may be required based on client needs.
Work environment is primarily indoors, in commercial or residential buildings. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet in the office, hospitality, and food service settings, and moderate in other situations.
