We are a well-established glass shop seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the role of Project Engineer/Project Manager. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
Work closely with the field team to ensure accurate measurements and project specifications
Maintain strong organization and ensure that all project timelines and budgets are met
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
Provide technical support and resolve any project-related challenges
Requirements:
Construction experience is required, ideally in a field-based role with a desire to transition into an office position
Proficiency in math and reading is essential
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor
Accuracy in measurements and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Prior project management or engineering experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
