Experienced restoration project manager/estimator to oversee restoration/mitigation jobs and construction (water, fire damages). Handles work assignments. Interact with insurance contacts, property managers, facility managers, customers and team. Must possess leadership skills, be well organized and have Xactimate/Estimating knowledge. Should be able to run carious size commercial and residential projects.
