Superintendent to oversee day work at the Petro truck stop in Sparks. Must have references can be W2 or 1099 ? You’ll be overseeing trades for roughly 6 weeks for phase 1 and 8 weeks roughly for phase 2. Scope is mold mitigation and rebuild of the kitchen area in the Iron Skillet at this location. Must be off the charts responsible and responsive. Must be a tad computer savvy for daily reports. Professional and have full PPE. We do drug and background tests. If you’re not qualified ?
