We run a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday), so you get more life outside of work without sacrificing pay or purpose. Our crew is tight, skilled, and serious about doing things right — but we also value time off, clean air, and cold beer after a good day's work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Electrical installs and service — new builds, remodels, panels, and more
On-site in all kinds of conditions — snow, crawlspaces, attics, and sunshine
Working with a team that communicates, problem-solves, and moves with purpose
Who You Are:
You’ve got your Journeyman card and solid residential or commercial experience
You’re a doer — dependable, proactive, and quick on your feet
You care about your craft and your crew
You want more than a job — you want to build something
What You Get:
$25–$38/hour depending on experience
4-day workweek – 3-day weekends, every week
Full-time, year-round work
