Mixer Driver hourly wage: - trainee = $30.33 hr + (OT), FULLY TRAINED DRIVER = $34.13 hr + (OT)
Medical and Dental Insurance for employee paid at 100% by employer after working one month of at least 80 hours.
Paid Holidays, up to (8) days to employees working during the week the holiday falls on.
401K Program after 90 days of employment

Paid Time Off (PTO) accruals beginning from the first hour worked.
Annual accruals of: 1-4th year employed – up to 13 paid days, 5-9th year employed – up to 18 paid days, 10year + employed – up to 23 paid days
Employer paid DMV medical certificate physical exam
Annual Boot Purchase Allowance – up to $150 per year, all other PPE provided
Winter Retention Bonus and End of Year Loyalty Bonus – End of Year Loyalty Bonus = up to $2500, Winter Retention Bonus has guaranteed worked and/or paid hours, up to 80 monthly during winter months and includes insurance.
