Job description:
Operate equipment: Safely and securely operate heavy machinery like excavators, power shovels, and backhoes
Inspect equipment: Perform routine inspections and pre-operational checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely
Complete tasks: Excavate, backfill, break concrete or rock, and more
Consult with others: Collaborate with other operators or construction foremen to ensure efficient project completion
Maintain knowledge: Maintain professional knowledge and certifications
Signal others: Signal to coordinate vehicle movement
Measure materials: Measure dimensions of materials or products
Maintain work areas: Clean work areas and facilities
