RenoRelo Worldwide, an Agent for United Van Lines, is a moving and storage company in search of a Full-Time Warehouse Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Track employee hours in account to provide feedback

Direct team of employees in warehouse

Coordinate with CSR and Operations Manager to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements for

projects

Unload and movs inbound shipment products to storage locations safely and efficiently

Pull and prepare loads for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded

Perform shipment-picking duties in an efficient manner that meets both customer and company standards

Efficiently move and load product from storage areas into trailers

Ship, receive, load, unload, move, and stack products and materials using a forklift or a manual pallet

jack.

Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following defined work methods and procedures

Assist supervisory personnel in overseeing the shipping and receiving of loads

Maintain the equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion

Accurately keep track of incoming and outbound shipments.

Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouses by conducting operations in a manner which promotes

safety of employees and security of customer's products

Assist in performing physical inventories and proper stock rotation

Inform supervisor of any unsafe or hazardous working conditions

Other duties as required and assigned

Requirements:

2 years demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams

2 years working in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment, with shipping, receiving and

forklift experience required

Strong time management skills

Strong project management skills

Preferred: Bilingual (English, Spanish)

Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including opening and closing shifts. You may

be required to work overtime and on weekends.

Ability to maintain a positive attitude while multi-tasking, managing, coaching, and mentoring teams to be

successful and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to develop and implement processes

Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and logistics skills

Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills

Professional verbal and written communication skills

MS Office and Computer skills

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk for several hours per shift; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, must be able to lift 60 lbs. repetitively and team-lift up to 90 lbs.
