This position supports SOUTHERN NEVADA ADULT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES (SNAMHS). Through a team approach, we provide innovative inpatient and outpatient mental health services for the Southern Nevada community. Agency positions may be assigned to any SNAMHS work location and any shift. The incumbent will progress to the Accountant II level with the recommendation of the appointing authority when minimum qualifications are met.This position will be primarily responsible for supervising the daily accounting functions, including the Payroll Department. This position will prepare data for agency's annual Medicare Cost Report, and will participate in reviewing, monitoring and adjusting the business office internal controls as necessary.
