DWTC's mission is to promote positive self-growth, create change in behavior, attitudes, values, and ways of thinking through education, therapeutic treatment, and appropriate medical and mental health services. The AA will provide support to the Clinical Program Manager 2/DWTC Hospital Administrator. The incumbents' major duties will include the preparation and distribution of data metrics and data analysis relative to the functioning of the hospital. The incumbent will work closely with the hospital administrator in the completion of activities as they relate to biannual budget building, facility presentations, compilation of reports and trend analysis, and development of policies and procedures. The incumbent will assist in the development of statistical reporting and analysis relative to hospital functions. The incumbent may also provide day to day supervision to lower-level administrative assistants within the hospital.
