The CPP1 will be working within a multi-disciplinary program responsible for expansion of home and community-based services for children and youth birth to age 21 statewide. The incumbent will be responsible for children's behavioral health training development, provision of training, clinical consultation, technical assistance and quality improvement and policy alignment for community and public agency children's behavioral health providers and stakeholders; support expansion of Nevada's children's behavioral health provider network adequacy; supervision, evaluation, and management of staff as assigned; research and analysis of issues related to children's behavioral health issues; develop policies, procedures and standards; develop quality assurance and quality control measures; data collection and analysis; review, finalize and submit written reports; and maintain knowledge of federal and state laws regulating home and community-based services for youth birth to age 21.
