The Recovery Friendly Workplace Unit is seeking a candidate for the Reno District Office that is dedicated to serving the Nevada Recovery Friendly Workplace initiative statewide. This unit's mission is to inform and identify employers interested in the Recovery Friendly Workplace concept which aims to help individuals with substance use disorder (SUD) achieve long-term success in the workplace by creating a balance between their work and recovery commitments. This candidate will oversee a team of Workforce Services Representatives who work to identify participating employers while connecting individual job seekers to these opportunities as well as a network of community resources tailored to their specific needs.
