Incumbent is responsible for the review of plans, specifications, and special provisions for accuracy, completeness, and constructability providing recommendations as needed. Attend project meetings necessary to ensure quality control for highway construction, contract documents. Calculate Liquidated damages, working days, fuel factor, user cost, and assist in the development of Limitations of Operations and Transportation Management Plans (TMP) as requested. Develop Time Determination Schedule (TDS) to determine working days. Document assumptions used in the development of all TDS schedules.
