External Partnership and Branding Manager

The External Partnership and Branding Manager will lead external recruitment advertising initiatives across digital and print platforms, targeting key candidate demographics that align with Evolution US’s hiring needs. This role is responsible for increasing brand visibility, strengthening recruitment channels, and ensuring a high level of community engagement. The successful candidate will be a creative and results-driven professional with experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community partnerships.RequirementsDevelop and execute external recruitment advertising strategies, ensuring maximum reach and engagement with high-quality candidates across multiple U.S. markets.Identify and leverage digital and print advertising opportunities, including paid media campaigns, job boards, career fairs, and industry partnerships.Oversee and provide leadership on Social Media activities, ensuring the execution of a strong employer brand presence across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Monitor, analyze, and optimize job ad performance, making data-driven recommendations to enhance visibility and applicant conversion rates.Establish and maintain community partnerships with industry groups, workforce development organizations, educational institutions, and diversity-focused networks to broaden recruitment reach.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Operations Management, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing, to align employer branding initiatives with corporate goals.Stay informed on industry trends, emerging recruitment marketing tools, and best practices to continuously enhance Evolution’s talent attraction strategies for high volume recruitment needs.Manage budgets for advertising and branding initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and high-ROI recruitment marketing efforts.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding, recruitment marketing effectiveness, and social media engagement.The role will require occasional travel
