The Electronic Technician will be work with our glassware inspection systems and some new technology manufacturing systems: robotics, vision systems, PLC, etc.  The technician will monitor inspection and electronics equipment. The Electronic Technician should have:Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and skillsExperience working from complex blue prints, wiring diagrams, shop hands books and layoutsThorough knowledge of mechanical principles and application of equipment, such as motors, switches, generators, conveyors, machinery, etc.Experience with 480v motors and controls and variable frequency drivesAbility to learn new systems quicklyThe Electronics Technician will:Troubleshoot, maintain and repair complete systems, including vision systems, servo controls, instrumentation and machine controlsRepair all electrical or electronic equipment and component partsMonitor inspection machine performance and make adjustments where necessary
