The Warehouse Manager supervises salary and hourly personnel in storing and shipping.  They are responsible for overseeing the handling, storing, loading of ware and intra-plant transporting.   The Warehouse Manager will:Assure the efficiency of storing and shipping throughout the plantMonitor unit load program to ensure loads are being properly builtCheck bays to determine if ware is being properly stacked and observes ware handling and loading procedure to minimize carton damage and glass damageConduct periodic inspections of all department equipment and systems, including carrier trailersThe Warehouse Manager should have:Supervisory experienceInventory management experienceAbility to lead and develop personnel, with safety and good housekeeping top of mind
