Working alongside the AI Adoption Lead and the wider Data & AI team, you’ll help deliver and scale our AI adoption programme across The Warehouse Group. You’ll turn adoption priorities into clear communications, useful learning resources, practical events and reusable content that helps our people discover, understand and safely use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot. A typical day could include: Creating newsletters, videos, user stories, case studies and campaigns that support AI adoption Building and maintaining SharePoint knowledge hubs, prompt libraries, templates, FAQs and learning resources Supporting the launch and ongoing rhythm of an AI Champion Network and related communities of practice Coordinating AI showcases, webinars, workshops, conferences and other learning events Turning event content, business stories and learning sessions into reusable assets Creating and maintaining user-facing documentation, guides and training materials for approved AI tools and solutions Running internal workshops and demonstrations to build AI literacy and confidence Acting as a first point of contact for business stakeholders on AI adoption queries, feedback and support needs Monitoring adoption activity and gathering feedback to help improve future enablement Using approved AI tools and automation to improve content creation, resource management and workflow efficiency
